Anmut Sur Moi BIOGAS — ZAMBIA
BIOGAS INFRASTRUCTURE — ZAMBIA

Waste in. Clean energy out.

We design, build and maintain biodigesters that turn animal dung and food waste into steady cooking gas and organic fertiliser — for homes, farms and institutions across Zambia.

DESIGN — BUILD — MAINTAIN

Engineered on site. Built to last.

Fixed-dome and balloon digesters sized to your waste and your site — excavated, built and commissioned by our own field crews, from the first brick to the kitchen line.

WHAT WE BUILD
BIO-SLURRY — ORGANIC FERTILISER

The gas is only half the harvest.

Every digester also returns bio-slurry — a nutrient-rich organic fertiliser that feeds crops, pasture and gardens long after the stove is lit.

ANMUT SUR MOI LTD — CLEAN ENERGY: IMPROVED LIVELIHOOD
01 THE FUEL PROBLEM

Most kitchens here still run on charcoal and firewood — bought daily, burned once.

Meanwhile the same households and farms throw away the one fuel they already own: organic waste. Cattle and pig dung, poultry droppings, food and market waste — fed into a sealed digester, it becomes gas that lights first time, every day.

No smoke. No charcoal run. And what comes out the other end goes straight back to the field.

02 ANAEROBIC DIGESTION

One sealed loop.

Inside the digester, bacteria break down organic matter without oxygen. The gas rises off to your stove; what's left is a rich, ready-to-use slurry for the garden or field.

STAGE 01 — FEED

Organic waste

Cattle and pig dung, poultry droppings, food and market waste — the inputs you already have on site.

STAGE 02 — CAPTURE

Biogas

The digester captures methane-rich gas and pipes it straight to a clean-burning stove — no smoke, no charcoal.

STAGE 03 — RETURN

Bio-slurry

What comes out is a nutrient-rich organic fertiliser — feed it back to crops and pasture to close the loop.

03 TWO PROVEN SYSTEMS

We match the digester to your site, herd size and budget.

SYSTEM N°01

Fixed-dome
digesters

Brick-and-mortar domes built into the ground — durable, permanent installations sized for farms and institutions with steady, high-volume feedstock.

Balloon (bag)
digesters

Flexible tubular digesters that install fast at lower cost — a practical entry point for households and smallholders moving off firewood and charcoal.

04 HOW WE WORK

From first visit to a working stove.

Every job starts with a real look at your site. We size the system to your waste and your needs, build it, and stay on to make sure it keeps running.

FULL SERVICE LIST
01

Site assessment

We visit, measure your feedstock and space, and tell you honestly what will work.

02

System design & quote

Following a site assessment visit, a digester sized to your daily waste, with a clear cost and expected gas output, will be designed.

03

Construction & installation

Our field crews will build and connect the system, from excavation to point of use.

04

Commissioning

We do a full check of the entire build before handing it over to you:

  • Digester tank for leaks and seals
  • Gas piping, valves and safety devices
  • Slurry inlet and outlet chambers

Once commissioned, your system is ready to use.

05

Training

We show you how to feed, run and get the most from your system:

  • You get a commissioning warranty certificate and user manual
  • Our team confirms expected gas output vs. your daily waste
06

Maintenance

We stay reachable for servicing and repairs, so the gas keeps flowing for years.
